FAQ - I have other
medals (in addtion to my children's 1st medals) that I would like to frame. Do you have framing options for those other
medals? Yes, we have many custom frame solutions that can be specially designed
to provide the perfect showcase for other medals/ribbons etc..
- Our team has
a special logo that I would like to encorporate within the frame. Can you include this within the design? Yes,
our ability to provide custom designs will enable you to include team/event logos if preferred.
- How long will it take to create and
deliver the My First Frame display case to my home/business?
Standard orders will be shipped immediately with a 4 to 5 day expected delivery time. You should allow two
full weeks for delivery of custom orders.
